NuWyre's evidence-layer service is designed to satisfy the business-records exception of the Federal Rules of Evidence and the record-retention requirements of TCPA, HIPAA, SOC 2, and applicable state regulatory frameworks. The documents below establish the framework under which NuWyre records support customer compliance and litigation responses.
All documents are published in markdown source in the public NuWyre repository. Supporting documents are additionally published as versioned PDFs (rendered via the Puppeteer pipeline used for the NuWyre methodology document). Customer contracts will be published as PDFs after attorney redline + signing-version finalization.
The three documents below are drafted but pending substantive attorney review. They are not binding on NuWyre, Inc. or any customer until executed by both parties (via Order Form or click-through acceptance) AFTER attorney redline.
