NuWyre is priced to match your deployment.

Compliance-grade evidence isn't a one-size-fits-all product. A solo dental practice running an AI receptionist has different volume and retention needs than a regional bank running collections voice agents. We price each engagement based on the work it actually requires.

How quotes work

Every NuWyre engagement begins with a methodology review. Before any contract, your compliance officer or general counsel reviews our methodology document, the example evidence bundle, and the verification CLI. If the methodology meets your evidence standard, we discuss your specific deployment and produce a custom quote.

Quotes are based on:

• Event volume — how many AI interactions you generate monthly.
• Regulatory context — TCPA, HIPAA, FDCPA, state AI laws, or combinations.
• Audio retention — voice deployments require storage governed by jurisdiction- specific recording laws.
• Agent count — number of distinct AI agents under coverage.
• Cross-validation — whether HIGH/CRITICAL flags require dual-evaluator review.
• Implementation complexity — custom integrations, custom policy packs, dedicated success management.

Most quotes land between $12,000 and $80,000 annually. Larger deployments, multi-regulatory contexts, and high-volume voice operations price above this range. The methodology review is free; quotes are produced within 2 business days of intake.

What’s always included

Regardless of contract size, every NuWyre customer receives:

• Three-leg cryptographic anchoring across three independent external systems (Bitcoin via OpenTimestamps + RFC 3161 timestamp authorities + public GitHub anchor repo)
• Evidence packages are dual-signed — classical Ed25519 plus post-quantum ML-DSA-65 (NIST FIPS 204) — so they stay verifiable across a multi-decade retention window even if one algorithm is later broken
• Audio binding for voice deployments
• The verification CLI (open-source, reproducible-build verified, free forever)
• The methodology document (publicly published; ongoing external review program)
• The three legal documents (Records Retention Policy, System Description, Custodian Declaration template) publicly available at /legal
• Append-only ledger — per-organization JSONL hash chains, sealed daily into a global Merkle root
• Standards-conformant bundle format (specification public, conformance fixture suite open)

Pilots

For organizations evaluating NuWyre against an active deployment, we offer 90-day paid pilots starting at $5,000. Pilots include integration support, weekly check-ins, one regulatory regime, and a final report. Pilots convert to annual contracts at custom- quoted rates if the engagement demonstrates value.
